Lord, Why The Delay
Have you ever asked God why He allows delays to happen in our lives? Say for instance a prayer request that remains to be unanswered, a dream that remains to be unfulfilled, a vision that hasn’t materialized for some time. Oftentimes, the long wait brings out frustration, sadness, and hopelessness to many.
But do you know that there’s a story in the Bible where Jesus intentionally delayed? And because of His delay, Lazarus, the one who was sick, and the one He loved, died. Why would Jesus delay in helping Lazarus?
